Glamoforia stands behind the quality of our products.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ve got you covered! We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you want to return an item, just let us know within 30 days of purchase. We’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when returning an item:
- Make sure the item is new and unused with all the tags and packaging. This way, we can make sure it’s in perfect condition and safe for everyone.
- We need proof of purchase, so bring your receipt or order number.
- You’ll be responsible for shipping costs, but we recommend using a trackable shipping service so we can keep an eye on your package.
- The item must be returned to any of our warehouses within 30 days of the delivery date.
There are a few things that we can’t refund, though:
- Shipping costs
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that can’t be delivered
- Packages that are lost or damaged in transit once they’re with the carrier

Oh, and one more thing: Glamoforia products come with a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. This means that if your product breaks down or has a manufacturing defect under normal use, we’ll fix it for free. Just contact us at contact@glamoforia.com with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please reach out to us ASAP at contact@glamoforia.com with your order number and detailed photos or videos of the product and packaging. We’re here to make things right and will either replace the item or give you a full refund. Just a heads up, we’re not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company.
**Returning Your Order:**
To start a return, you can use our return portal or just drop us a line at contact@glamoforia.com. But please, don’t send your order back to us without our permission first. Returns that don’t follow our rules won’t be accepted.
**Cancelling Your Order:**
If you haven’t received your order yet, you can cancel it and get a full refund. But once an item is sent out, it’s final and can’t be changed or canceled. And if you get an item that you don’t want, we can give you a full refund for the unused parts within 30 days.
